Rose Abraham, known as “The Mortgage Girl,” is a Los Angeles-based mortgage broker who believes that getting a mortgage should be about much more than simply finding a loan—it should be about finding the right financing strategy for each client’s unique goals.
As a mortgage broker, Rose has access to a broad network of wholesale lenders, allowing her to shop for competitive rates, costs, and loan solutions rather than limiting clients to the products of a single bank. Her approach is highly consultative: she starts by understanding what her client is trying to accomplish and then works backward to find the financing strategy that best fits.
Rose specializes in a wide range of residential and investment financing, including Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA purchase and refinance loans, jumbo financing, DSCR investor loans, renovation and ADU financing, construction loans(ground up and additions), manufactured-home financing, commercial loans and SBA financing. She also has a strong focus on Reverse Mortgages, helping homeowners and their families understand how home equity may fit into a broader retirement and financial strategy.
Her experience goes beyond mortgages. Rose is a real estate investor and former licensed contractor with experience in construction, project management and interior design. That background gives her a unique perspective when working with investors, builders, homeowners undertaking major renovations, and clients purchasing or rebuilding properties. Her current projects include modular wood frame and steel frame fire rebuilds as well a modular steel frame multifamily commercial projects.
One of Rose’s specialties is finding financing solutions for situations that don't fit neatly into a conventional mortgage box. Whether the challenge involves an investment property, self-employed borrower, construction project, ADU, manufactured home, commercial property or complex financial situation, Rose enjoys putting the pieces together and finding a path forward.

Her goal is not simply to close a loan—it is to become a trusted financial resource clients, real estate professionals and referral partners can confidently call when someone needs answers.
