Lutz has over 29 years of experience in international business consulting, program management, business development, manufacturing, and strategic exit planning. For over a decade, he has specialized in business sales, mergers & acquisitions, business exit planning, and business valuations.
Before founding Magnus Business Group, Lutz served as CEO and COO in electronics, telecommunication, and automotive manufacturing. He holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering from a German university.
Lutz has a proven track record in designing strategic, sustainable growth, and organizational change solutions. Over the past decade, he has successfully sold companies in the service, manufacturing, high-tech, medical, and automotive industries and has prepared businesses for transition. Additionally, he has established European-based companies in the USA and collaborated with private equity and venture capital firms on international and domestic mergers & acquisitions.
Lutz is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), a Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP), a Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI), and is licensed in California.
