I have been in the construction industry for the past 35+ years. With over a decade of hands-on field experience in the Construction and Real Estate industries, I have completed a wide range of successful projects that include: The Pinecrest Office Building, Tarzana | Westside Spectrum, Los Angeles | Bullocks, Costa Mesa | Sheraton Hotel, Long Beach, TransAmerica Building, Los Angeles | Gucci-USA, Southern California and numerous smaller projects on bank-owned properties, working with investors to add value to properties for reselling.
Currently, I am the President of New Choice Contractors, a boutique construction company that specializes in a variety of projects ranging from Structural alterations (Seismic Retrofits & foundation repairs), ADU s, Code violation corrections & custom remodeling of both residential / multi-family, and light commercial.
To me, it’s not just about enhancing a property. It’s about creativity, being practical, and getting the job done right. That’s what I do every single day by melting together a vast portfolio of skills, the know-how and the industry experience that each project requires.
